Bowraps range of personalised archery wraps for arrows and bow equipment are made to order and as such we are unable to offer refunds except in such circumstances where a mistake has clearly been made by us.
When ordering personalised arrow wraps please take care to ensure correct spelling of any text you wish to have printed and that you have selected the correct size wraps for your arrows. If you have any doubts on the correct width for your arrows then please visit our 'How to select the correct arrow wrap size' page or contact me for advice.
If in the unlikely event that you do experience a problem with an order then please contact me in the first instance so we can establish what's gone wrong and work at a resolution. If the issue is found to be Bowraps fault then a replacement item or full refund will be offered.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
